Dear Ys Leader,
We are happy to inform you that the Regional Sports meet is
scheduled to be conducted on the 13th January 2013 at INFANT JESUS
SCHOOL, TANGASSERRY, KOLLAM.
Clubs are requested to assemble for the march past at 10 am.
We request all the DG’s and LRD’s to get in touch with the clubs and send us
the list of participants for the events before 5th January so as to
enable us to prepare for the meet.
The list of participants can be mailed to the Regional

to the RS.
Registration will start at 9 am and the Sports meet will
start at 10.30 am after the inauguration.
Please note the following important points.
Club Registration fee is Rs. 250 per club.
Event registration fee is Rs. 10 per event.
No spot registration will be allowed.
