The members of YMC Pathanamthitta Central decided to celebrate Onam with the poor mentally challenged children of the Peace Valley School for the Mentally Retarded at Mallassery.Comprehensive Onam food kits were distributed for all the 15 students .The function was presided by the Club President Ym.Jose Samuel . The meetings was inaugurated by the President of the District Panchayat .The keynote address was delivered by the President of the Pramadom Grama Panchayat .Ward member of the grama panchayat was also present.
The officials were full of appreciation of the charitable project . The school director thanked the club for helping the poorest of poor and the rejected .
